Cancellation Policy

 To continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours notices should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. Please note that cancellations can only be made by calling (828) 565-0765. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email or text.

Late Arrivals

If you think you may be late for your appointment, please call the salon at (828) 565-0765 and let us know.  If you show up late for your appointment your services may be changed to fit the remaining time. If you are 15 minutes late we will need to reschedule for a future appointment and charge a late fee of $15.

No Shows

In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, We do require 48 hours notices should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to show up to your appointment you are responsible for a fee of 50% of those services and it will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled. Please note that cancellations can only be made by calling (828) 565-0765. We DO NOT accept cancellations by email or text.  If your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hour due to medical issues, family emergencies, or other reasons deemed acceptable by the management staff at 74 Mane Salon, you are not subject to required fees stated above.

Services (redo) and retail Return policy: 

We strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your services, let me know within 7 days of your visit and We will be happy to correct the issue with no additional charge (NO CASH REFUND).  Please note that if you do not notify me within 7 days of your dissatisfaction, the redo policy becomes null and void and any requested changes will be billed according to my service menu and pricing.  

Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase. Retail purchase refunds are not available.  I will exchange your purchased product for another product that I believe is better suited to meet your needs and goals. After 30 days you will only be eligible for 50% refund. Reason for return will be needed and refund will be based off of this reasoning.  Shipping fees are non-refundable for any products that were shipped to the salon for you or directly to you from the salon. 

 

Large Groups (3 or more)

We require a $100 deposit to do the consultation then 50% deposit on these large groups when you book your appointment. The remainder to be paid in full the month before your appointment.

1. Basic travel is included within 30 miles of each stylist location

2. If your location exceeds 30 miles the rate for one stylist is $25/hr

3.  the rate for two stylists is $40/hr if your location exceeds 30 miles

4.  the rate for three stylists is $60/hr if your location exceeds 30 miles

5. the rate for four stylists is $80/hr if your location exceeds 30 miles

6. Gratuity of 20% will be factored in for all destination weddings

7. Parking fees will be included as well

8. Relocation fee of $50 will be added if you have our stylists travel to one location (ie hotel) and unpack/pack then travel to an additional location (ie venue).

9. If you have an early morning wedding we request lodging be provided the night prior to the only if the event is more then 50miles away. 

10. We also at the time of booking ask that you pay 50% down payment and 50% the week before the event so that the day of the wedding there is NO exchange of money. 

11. All Deposits are non-refundable.

12. If there was an emergency and the wedding has to be canceled we will refund the second half of your payment.

13. In case of postponement we will transfer all money to the new date.
